Becca's Story

About a month ago I posted a sneak peek of Becca's senior picture session. We have the most amazingly wonderful clients! I hope you enjoy Becca's story, she is committed to her dream of being able to try out for future Olympic's with her horse Chapter Two "Deuce".

I asked Becca to write about her story, hope you enjoy this:

This winter I traveled down to Florida to train with my horse; Chapter Two "Deuce". We had an amazing experience and had a wonderful start of the 2021 show season. We started the season with two Preliminaries, achieving First and Second Place finishes in groups with over 15 horses. Then we went on to complete in our first international competition together at the 2* level, which was also the first competition of the Youth Team Challenge (YTC). Our team finished second, Deuce and I finished 7th individually and could not have been happier! The last competition has to have been our biggest achievement yet as a pair, finishing our first 2*-L on our dressage score of 31.1 to finish 7th in a large division of 54. After having such a great winter season in Florida, I am currently ranked second in the nation for junior Preliminary rider. The opportunity to winter in Florida this season has been amazing and I cannot wait to see how the rest of our season will go. - Becca

What Becca didn't tell you is this - she worked at the horse farm everyday, doing chores for the horses at the stables, trained with Deuce, and attended school virtually. One of the only times she had to herself is when we met up in Florida to photograph some beach photos for her senior pictures. Which I might add; was a blast! Becca has a wonderful dedicated spirit, she knows to achieve the things in life you want to achieve, you must work hard! And that she does.
